Today, I tried to do something I have never done… Go and get nice clothes. I honestly almost never dress up. My girlfriend hates it. I have a total of 3 dress shirts. White, Black, and a Gunmetal gray… I have one pair of khakis and one pair of black slacks… Well. I got called back for two interviews and group interview for Resident Assistant on Saturday. So instead of going to such a thing in my (insert random organization on school) T-shirt and Jeans, I have to look nice. So I hop into my vehicle with from of my Fraternity Brothers and we went to the Strongsville Mall. Stopped into Macys and JC Pennys and was able to pick up a dress shirt and tie, a nice pair of dark khaks, and some long sleeve polos and sweaters…. (It was only $7 a shirt, STEAL!)
So now I don’t look like a hobo, so yay! Dress for success is what they say. Let’s hope it works!
